Come One, Come All! Just be prepared to have a ball!!

This weekend starting now! March 13th, 14th and 15th, 2015. It’s at the Coral Springs Sportsplex at 2575 Sportplex Drive, Coral Springs. The phone number is 954-752-0126.  It’s a three day Festival, 6pm-11pm Friday, 9am-11pm Saturday and 11am-6pm Sunday. There are Arts and Crafts Exhibits and Merchants with great things for sale.

And did you know . . . the true purpose of the festival is to support not-for-profits in the community. The proceeds go to programs and services of the community. Come out and enjoy the live entertainment, food court, amusements, arts and crafts, merchant booths, classic car show, games, and the traditional Miss OurTown America Beauty Pageant.

Step back and take a look at things. Pretend, just for a moment, you’re the buyer. If you were out looking for the next purchase, how would your home come off to you? Too cluttered? Too messy? That’s what’s going to go through every buyers head but more critically. They’re not pretending like on TV. Before You Sell in Coral Springs or anywhere else, you need to listen to the advice an experienced realtor. One that goes inside of many properties everyday and listens to what buyers say.  

There are things a seller must do to prepare their home for sale. The first and foremost is clean the house, get it ready for top dollar. Let’s face it, when we live in our home we really don’t keep it spotless or keep it staged like a show case home that you would see on TV but the minute you put it on the market it’s no longer yours, it’s a commodity. You may not live as neat as a pin and that’s understandable, but you do want to put your best foot forward. So, make sure all the dust-bunnies are swept away and all that shiny stuff like appliances are sparkling.

Here’s another really big deal. The outside of the house, mainly the front, as many agents referred to as the curb appeal of the property. This can be more important than the inside in many cases if the outside is trashed I can’t even get them up the driveway and in the door. If you’ve got to pick one, pick the outside. Because if I can get the buyers in the door and I can sell my messy house. Landscape, cut that lawn, pull those weeds and put some flowers in the ground. Get them to get out of my car and in the house you’re selling.

Wyndham Lakes of Coral Springs is a community of sixteen gated subdivisions surrounded by man-made lakes and great A+ schools on a horseshoe road called Wyndham Lakes Blvd. The community sits on the north-west corner of Coral Ridge Drive and Wyndham Lakes Blvd. The different individual gated communities has a price range for all budgets.
