The Ranches was one of the very first home community ever built in Parkland Florida. Off of Holmberg Road, still surrounded, today, with Parklands tall trees. And this area still carries the name, Country Elegance. You can horseback ride, there is an equestrian field in walking distance, there are the shops across from the Mews which has a great Pizza Restaurant, ice cream shop and clothing store. And beautiful walking trails going all through Parklands beautiful woods. There is an adorable dog park that just opened this year. Parkland also has some of the best schools in Broward County. There are million dollar homes sprinkled all over this fine city. Close by the Ranches are other fine communities such as Cypress Head, Ternbridge, The Landings, Meadow Run, Waters Edge, Fox Ridge and Heron Bay.
